Qualifications

I completed my massage therapy training at Chico Wellness & Therapy Center in 2009, earning my California state certification the same year. I continued my training under Tanya DeLuca at Professional Massage Group through 2014, where I specialized in injury-focused work including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, and rehabilitation massage.

During that time, I worked extensively with clients recovering from car accidents, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. I further expanded my education with in Neuromuscular Therapy and completed Level 1 CranioSacral Therapy training through the Upledger Institute.

My work has also taken me to Los Angeles and Atlanta, where I treated actors and film crews, individuals with high physical and mental demands. These experiences deepened my understanding that massage is not just for injury recovery, but an essential tool for maintaining performance and resilience.

Over the years, I’ve built a strong reputation working with athletes, particularly runners and swimmers, helping them manage the stress of training and prevent injury.  My approach combines targeted therapeutic techniques with long-term performance support, allowing clients to move better, recover faster, and maintain a higher level of function.
